EGCCST Rollout

• The EGCCST project has been activated.
• The EGCCST project is wired to listen for incoming mail at the EGCCST.incoming endpoint.
• EGCCST components have been added to the FIN and HR projects.
• EGCCST and EGCCST Restricted ISSEC dimensions have been added to the FIN and HR ISSEC Schemes.
• The EGCCST project has been linked to the EG-CCST HipChat room.

• The Documents plugin has been updated to v. 6.2.1
• The Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager has been updated to v. 2.22
